Are you ready to slice through challenges and carve out your career path? We're seeking a skilled Saw Operator to join our dynamic team! As a Saw Operator you will be required to operate saw machinery efficiently and safely. Ensure precise cutting according to specifications. Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of equipment. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
salary: $18 - $18.01 per hour

work hours: 2:45 PM - 1:45 AM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Reads job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
Sets stops or guides to specified length as indicated by scale, rule, or template.
Positions work piece against stops or aligns layout marks with die or blade.
Pushes the button or depresses the pedal to activate the machine.
Observes machine operation to detect work piece or machine malfunctions.
Measures work piece dimensions to determine the accuracy of machine operation.
Removes burrs, sharp edges, rust, or scale from work piece.
Performs minor machine maintenance such as oiling machines, dies, or work pieces.
Assists equipment operators to setting MachiMachines stack, mark,, and transport finished.work pieces.
