Job Description:

Administrar los programas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo

  • Actualizar y modificar la base de mantenimiento en software de mp2.

  • Administrar los materiales para mantenimiento preventivo.

  • Administrar y archivar documentos de uso interno del departamento.

  • Capturar, imprimir y controlar ordenes de trabajo de mantenimiento.

  • Cerrar ordenes de trabajo en sistema mc – sds.

  • Dar seguimiento a acciones preventivas y correctivas (planificación).

  • Evaluar la efectividad y actualizar los planes de mantenimiento de maquinaria y equipos.

  • Dar soporte a ingeniería en la validación de equipo de producción.

  • Control y auditoria de equipos en el piso de producción.

  • Manejar historial de ordenes de trabajo preventivas y correctivas.

  • Realizar un control de gastos de mantenimiento en base a juntas con jefatura y análisis de reportes.

  • Control y gestión de la herramienta de trabajo de los técnicos.

  • Calendarización de mantenimiento preventivo a cocina con proveedores.

  • Control y gestión de uniformes para el personal de mantenimiento.

  • Colocar ordenes/requisiciones de compra en innova.

  • Control y actualización de requisiciones mensuales con proveedores.

  • Dar seguimiento a solicitudes de pedidos a través de Innova – ibuy.

  • Generar y/o actualizar base de datos del sistema Kanban de mantenimiento.

Job Requirements:

  • Preparatoria terminada y/o carrera trunca.

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año.

  • Manejo de paquetería Office.
