The position is attached to the Tools commercial activity, dedicated to industrial electric and pneumatic tools. He will be based in Chalifert (Val d'Europe), on a one-year fixed-term contract.
We are looking for a Buyer-Supplier, responsible for the qualification and audits of the supplier panel as well as the operational management of purchasing, the supply of products and services necessary for the completion of special screwdriving projects or ergonomic handling.
Significant activities will consist of:
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate and establish strong business relationships
Manage the complete procurement process, from design BOM to receipt of products and services
Follow market trends to ensure competitive costs and deadlines
Evaluate the performance of panel suppliers and implement improvement plans if necessary
Participate in project budgeting at the costing stage
Report regularly on the status of purchases and supplies
Manage performance indicators
To fill this position, we are looking for a candidate - a qualified candidate in purchasing management, logistics, commerce or a related field. We accept beginner profiles as long as theoretical knowledge in purchasing is acquired and the willingness to learn and develop skills is present.
A good level of English is essential to progress within this International Group.
Experience in an industrial environment would be an advantage.
