Adecco US, Inc. Direct Sales Representative in Avilla, Indiana

Position Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven and motivated Direct Sales Representative to join our team in the Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin area. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our direct customers and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, customer-focused professional with a technical background and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain strong, loyal relationships with direct customers within the assigned territory, working closely with the Direct Sales Manager.

  • Provide excellent customer service through clear, effective communication (both written and verbal), offering solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

  • Develop and execute annual sales strategies and plans for your assigned territory, ensuring sales goals are met in collaboration with the Direct Sales Manager.

  • Stay actively engaged in industry trends by participating in the design, fabrication, and casting communities to gather valuable market insights.

  • Leverage technical expertise to interpret technical drawings, provide cost-effective solutions, and offer outstanding service to clients.

Safety is a top priority. All employees are expected to lead by example and follow safety policies and practices at all times, ensuring a safe work environment for everyone.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).

  • Ability to travel regionally, approximately 60% of the time.

  • Highly organized with superior planning and coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in the heat treatment industry.

  • Previous experience in sales and customer service is a plus.

Compensation: Base salary plus quarterly performance bonuses

Pay Details: $140,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
