Adecco US, Inc. Direct Sales Representative in Avilla, Indiana
Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and motivated Direct Sales Representative to join our team in the Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin area. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our direct customers and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, customer-focused professional with a technical background and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and sustain strong, loyal relationships with direct customers within the assigned territory, working closely with the Direct Sales Manager.
Provide excellent customer service through clear, effective communication (both written and verbal), offering solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Develop and execute annual sales strategies and plans for your assigned territory, ensuring sales goals are met in collaboration with the Direct Sales Manager.
Stay actively engaged in industry trends by participating in the design, fabrication, and casting communities to gather valuable market insights.
Leverage technical expertise to interpret technical drawings, provide cost-effective solutions, and offer outstanding service to clients.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Ability to travel regionally, approximately 60% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:
At least one year of experience in the heat treatment industry.
Previous experience in sales and customer service is a plus.
Compensation: Base salary plus quarterly performance bonuses

Pay Details: $140,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
