Enhances accessibility of engineering and emissions tools and models for deployment at scale. Research to market - Research training to implement globally, such as Professional Extension education.Contributes and writes research papers, grant proposals in support of professional training development, and research. Supervises and manages future education support staff.Performs other related duties as assigned.
