Closets by Design will be adding 2 Material Fabricators to our cabinet production department. Our ideal candidate is a motivated, hardworking individual who is ready to learn and excel at new tasks. This is a great position for someone who wants long term employment with benefits and the ability to grow. We will invest in training the right applicants. Job Responsibilities * You will be trained to produce quality custom cabinet components. * Learn company product lines, machinery, assembly and finishing standards. * Follow established quality and safety standards. Personal Requirements * Attitude and hustle are incredibly valuable in this setting. * Experience with woodworking equipment, large machines or hand tools a plus, but not required. * Ability to understand simple math, including fractions and read a tape measure. * Quality minded and Reliable.
