DXC Technology Associate Presales Representative -Sales Enablement (US Remote) in Austin, Texas

Essential Job Functions

As an Associate Presales Representative , you will play a critical role in driving sales success by supporting presales initiatives and ensuring prospects understand the value of our solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to support opportunities through discovery calls, qualifying prospects, and delivering tailored solution demonstrations.

  • RFx Responses: Lead and contribute to Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and other RFx responses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.

  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demos that highlight key features and benefits to prospects and customers.

  • Discovery & Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges and determine fit for Claims and RMIS solutions.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market shifts, providing insights to the sales team.

  • Trade Shows & Conferences: Represent the company at industry events, engaging with prospects and promoting solutions.

  • Travel: Travel as needed for on-site meetings, conferences, and trade shows.

  • Competitor Analysis: Maintain an understanding of competitor offerings and how our solutions differentiate in the market.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with client needs.

Basic Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience: Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong background in the insurance industry, with a focus on P&C Claims and, claim/RMIS systems . Experience with Life and Wealth is ideal.

  • Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and demonstrating complex solutions and systems. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and trade shows as needed.

  • Self-Motivated: Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with the team.

  • Market Awareness: Strong understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and client challenges.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Must be willing to work during EST business hours

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $73,100 - $135,700.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
