RESPONSIBILITIES:
Requirements gathering, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting systems and processes related to Oracle human capital management (HCM). This position will work primarily on supporting Oracle HCM modules such as benefits and learning. In addition, the incumbent would be assisting with the support, maintenance, and configuration in the system. The person in this position:
Partners with the business (i.e. HR Specialists) to optimize HCM configurations to drive results while streamlining the business processes. This is inclusive, but not limited to, the researching and implementation of new process through the use of configurations, fast formulas, automation, and integrations to automate current manual process.
Configures and develops solutions within the Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global Workforce, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, etc.,) to meet business requirements. This is inclusive of creating technical process flows and requirements documents that may be assigned to other development team members for execution (i.e. Integrations Team, Reporting Team).
Tests and verifies completed configuration and development meets specifications.
Works with cross-functional business partners to gather and understand functional requirements.
Troubleshoots issues with existing processes and programs, and works with business or Oracle Support to resolve, test and migrate fixes to Production environment.
Off hours and on call support is required.
Level of position will be determined based on experience and skillset.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent in experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing tasks and working cross functionally with peers to achieve project goals
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Tested problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong pattern of initiative
Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills
Proven ability to learn different business processes and technologies
Experience with reading and writing SQL
Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident or have the authorization to work in the United States

Preferred
- Oracle Fusion configuration experience, preferably in Oracle HCM
LOCATION: Austin, MN (Global Headquarters)
A comprehensive relocation package to the Austin, MN area will be offered, if required.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel may be necessary 10% of the time.
