Hormel Foods Security & Compliance Technican in Austin, Minnesota
SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE TECHNICIAN - IT SERVICES - CORPORATE OFFICE (AUSTIN, MN)
This position, along with various other positions, will report to the Manager of Identity and Access Management and Compliance.
Relocation is not eligible for this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports Oracle Security Roles and provisioning in both production and non-production environments.
Interprets and processes user setup requests, ensuring proper provisioning and de-provisioning of Oracle roles and privileges.
Administers Oracle Role support, including creating, modifying, and maintaining roles to align with business needs and compliance standards.
Provides oversight and monitoring for Separation of Duties (SoD) conflicts to maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Processes termination requests and ensures access removals align with Saviynt and Oracle system workflows.
Monitors and executes various access management processes in Saviynt, including role management and access reviews.
Conducts lookback reviews to identify and mitigate risks associated with access removals and changes.
Evaluates and adjusts users’ access to ensure compliance with organizational policies and proximity requirements for data in the Oracle environments.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation and integration of security processes across systems.
Performs additional security, compliance, and deployment administration functions as requested by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Familiarity with Oracle Security Roles, provisioning processes, and Separation of Duties principles.
Experience with Saviynt or similar identity governance tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated adaptability to change and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Understanding of computer networks and access management principles.
Preferred:
Two years of post-high school technical education.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and collaboration tools.
