RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Data & Analytics Manager – Supply Chain will lead the analytics team in designing and developing enterprise-level data and analytics solutions using platforms such as Oracle, Google Cloud, Tableau, and other cutting-edge technologies to drive strategic decision-making and foster business growth. This role demands a strong background in business intelligence, data analytics, data science, and a comprehensive understanding of the CPG industry. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of managing large datasets, uncovering actionable insights, and successfully leading cross-functional teams. Additionally, this role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to create analytic tools that enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Data & Analytics Strategy Development and Business Partnership.
Formulate a comprehensive Data & Analytics strategy that aligns with supply chain goals.
Identify key Data & Analytics initiatives and prioritize them based on business impact and value.
Develop a roadmap for Data & Analytics initiatives and capabilities, advocating for necessary investments.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in data science, analytics, and AI.
Team Management, Leadership, and Development.
Provide guidance and support to team members, aiding their professional development through mentoring, training, and coaching.
Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, organizing team-building activities and initiatives.
Lead a variety of Data & Analytics skillsets including Data Science, BI Analysts, and Data Analysts and Data Product Management.
Portfolio and Project Leadership.
Manage the entire Data & Analytics portfolio of initiatives for the supply chain domain.
Engage with stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and lead the development of detailed project plans.
Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to design, architecture, schedules and budgets, and develop mitigation strategies for potential risks.
Technical Leadership and Understanding.
Oversee the entire data and analytics lifecycle for supply chain initiatives from ideation to deployment.
Familiarity with AI technologies (like machine learning, Natural Language Processing) and process automation tools.
Collaborate on the design and maintenance of efficient data analytics solutions.
Lead exploratory data analysis and deliver relevant recommendations.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and generate periodic reports to track key performance indicators.
Supervise the creation of AI models and ensure their deployment and performance monitoring is within enterprise standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in data and analytics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, DataIku and data visualization tools like Obiee, Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with data storage solutions such as databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.
Strong program management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, including communicating with Sr. Leadership in a large organization.
Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred
Master’s degree in Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience in the supply chain domain, with a deep understanding of supply chain processes and challenges.
Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI.
Experience with google BigQuery and Oracle Databases.
Certification in Agile Methodologies.
LOCATION: This has a flexible location of Bentonville AR, Chicago IL, Eden Prairie MN, Willmar MN with a preferred location of Corporate Office, Austin, MN.

The base pay range for this position $112,000 to $168,000 per year; however, actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills set, level of experience, and specific office location.
