responsibilities:
? Gather, document, and validate the business requirements and specifications of the system
? Create and maintain business process models, use cases, user requirements, and user documentation of
the system
? Communicate and collaborate with the business stakeholders, technical team, vendors, and other parties
involved in the project
? Conduct testing, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and training of the system
? Provide support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the system after implementation
? Create plan proposals, timelines, and budget/personnel requirements for leadership and related
departments
? Lead IT projects, from conception to completion through internal resources and recruit external
consultants and resources as needed

Experience level: Experienced
Minimum 5 years of experience
