Actalent Field Service Engineer in Aurora, Illinois
Travel domestically and internationally by automobile or aircraft to inspect equipment, pass-thru components, shop fabrications, and field installations at various locations worldwide.
Ensure contractors have properly and safely installed equipment in compliance with provided drawings and guidelines.
Collaborate with contractors to address required adjustments or changes before equipment startup.
Provide training to plant operators on the correct operation and maintenance of equipment, fostering long-term efficiency.
Diagnose and resolve field-related issues promptly, delivering cost-effective solutions and ensuring satisfaction for all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong electro-mechanical aptitude, with hands-on experience working with machines or heavy equipment.
This role requires openness to traveling to customer locations up to 90% of the time.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
