Job Title: Insulation Technicians

Job Description

  • Install bat insulation in interior and exterior wall cavities.

  • Operate boom lifts and swing stages safely and efficiently.

  • Ensure insulation is installed to meet quality and safety standards.

  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

  • Comfortable working at heights is a MUST.

Work Schedule

  • 1st shift

  • Monday - Friday (occasional Saturdays)

  • 40 hours per week

  • 50-hour weeks during the summer

Key Responsibilities

  • Install bat insulation in wall cavities

  • Work on boom lifts and swing stages

  • Perform caulking tasks

  • Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.

  • Work on knees for extended periods

  • Assist with site clean-up and preparation.

  • Work on boom lifts or swing stages.

  • Install exterior weather barriers.

  • Apply joint sealants.

  • Shoot sealants and caulking.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience working in commercial construction.

  • Experience with painting, concrete, insulation, waterproofing, or carpentry.

  • Proficiency with hand tools.

Current Projects

  • 17 floors of apartments at 10th and Bannock

  • AMLI apartment complex in the Golden Triangle neighborhood (13-14 floors)

  • Future projects in Castle Rock, Boulder, Longmont, and Thornton

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of the Denver Metro Area.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
