Immediate Positions available for full-time and part-time DSPs for Small 23-person Residential Homes. We will train the right candidates!
This position is for inspiring Direct Support Professionals with upbeat positive attitudes who want to make a difference in someone\'s life! We are searching for the DSPs who take the guidance of someone\'s life seriously and want to provide whole-life opportunities!
Position Overview
- Guiding and Mentoring Residents
- Helping residents become engaged within the community.
- Providing informed decision-making that supports residents choices.
- Assistance with daily living activities and resident needs
- Minor Housekeeping
- Medication Management
- Assistance with Appointments and Community Events
- Various tasks as needed.
