Leader Communications Inc. Systems Analyst in Augusta, Georgia
Position Summary
The Systems Analyst reviews, analyzes, implements, and modifies enterprise-level applications, with a focus on identity management technology and integration. This is includes planning, programming, testing, debugging, and installing, within established standards, to support the organization's application systems in relational database, client-server, and internet environments.
Individual must be able to attain and maintain a valid US Government Secret security clearance to be retained in the position.
Duties & Responsibilities
Drafts and maintains SOP documents for the functional category.
Develops applications to support the enterprise, including creation of the data models, databases,
survey/add/update of reuse library, development of interfaces, application control logic, forms (screens),
objects, reports, queries and menus.
Manages the full range of a server operating system, to include deployment, configuration, performance
tuning, and maintaining of multiple server operating systems.
Manages the full range of an application to include deployment, configuration, performance tuning, and
maintaining of multiple types of applications.
Prepare, update, and distribute end-user and/or system operator's manuals that contain the product design
and procedures and other relevant information necessary to use and administer the system.
Updates and distributes on-line help facilities, technical manuals, SOPs, and maintain automation
documentation.
Other duties as required.

Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
3+ years of relevant experience
DoD Programs experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret
Certification: CompTIA Security+, Microsoft or Linux certification
Skill & Certification Requirements
Windows or Linux administration
Oracle or MS SQL Server database design
Understanding of current asset and service management software
Microsoft Visual Studio
.Net
PowerShell
Python
Bash
Object oriented programming languages
RMF
STIGs
Communicating system analysis concepts
Develop technical documents
System design documentation
Outstanding written/verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency with MS Office Products
