Leader Communications Inc. Project Manager in Augusta, Georgia
Position Summary
The Project Manager will provide Information Technology (IT) services to the Network Enterprise Center (NEC). Oversees the day-to-day performance of the task order requirements. The Site Manager will be the on-site representative and will have a basic knowledge of the information technologies identified within this performance work statement.
Individual must be able to attain and maintain a valid US Government Secret security clearance to be retained in the position.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provides project coordination and management
Provides management to end-to-end IT services.
Supervises team of multi-disciplined professionals.
Provides network and system administration support.
Understanding of technical documents, architectural plans, floor plans, site survey reports, test plans, schedules, procedures and acceptance test reports, equipment performance, operational test and feedback to the proper individuals/departments.
Produce system configuration documents to evaluate proposed changes/upgrades to the infrastructure (hardware/software).
Provide management and reporting of work request utilizing the automated work order system, to track and work customer requests.
Input data of work requests that are processed in the Workload Analysis Report.
Support troubleshooting and resolution of voice/data communication installations, upgrades and problems across the enterprise.
Implements quality assurance processes for all projects to ensure equipment, systems, and software are properly configured and operated after deployment.
Provides administrative and technical capability with network engineering, integration engineering, network installation and testing methodologies, and performance scheduling.
Develops project plan initiatives.
Manage training and certification of employees.
Works personnel staffing and security issues.
Provide on-site technical guidance.
Must be detail and safety oriented.

Education & Experience Requirements
BS in IT-related or equivalent technical degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant DoD Programs experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret
Skill & Certification Requirements
IT project management, Agile, CMMI, PMI
Risk Management Framework (RMF)
SharePoint experience
Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and team skills.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
IT operations and server support
Ability to read, interpret, and develop engineering specifications and drawings.
Proficient in troubleshooting techniques
May be required to lift more than 50lbs
Position requires sitting, standing, keeling for long periods of time
