Stryker Kit Returns Coordinator in Auckland, New Zealand

We are looking for a Kit Returns Coordinator to join our close knit team in New Zealand. You will be responsible for providing outstanding service to all internal and external customers and acts as the first point of contact for all loan kit collection functions.

What you will do:

  • Manage and action inventory callback requests from Kitrooms, Scheduling and Sales to ensure timely turnaround for future cases and prevent adverse impacts on patient outcomes.

  • Manage follow-ups that are related to partial kit returns and coordinate with Scheduling and Kitrooms for urgent escalations to meet deadlines.

  • Build & maintain positive relationships with customers to foster collaboration and ensure return lead times are met as per our terms & conditions.

  • Liaise with our carriers and drivers to ensure the most cost-efficient and reasonable return freight services are selected within the timeframes requested.

What you need:

  • Great attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

  • Professional interpersonal relationship and stakeholder management

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure.

  • Ability to work in a high technology environment and adaptability to new systems
