The Phillip Charles Group Family Law Attorney in Auburn Hills, Michigan
Our client, a full-service law firm in Macomb County is hiring a Family Law Attorney to assist their growing organization. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling divorce, custody, and support actions in a very business practice group.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity.
The salary range is between range is $85,000 - $200,000 depending on experience plus a generous benefit package and plenty of perks. The schedule is Monday -- Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 1 hour lunch.
Family Law Attorney Responsibilities:
- Research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings, conducting discovery, depositions, preparing witnesses and attending any applicable court hearings or conferences throughout the course of litigation.
- Advocate for clients in negotiations throughout the litigation process including medication, evidentiary hearings, Friend of the Court investigations, etc.
- Case analysis and strategy development based on clients situation.
- Trial Preparation.

Family Law Attorney Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with at least fifty percent of previous work being divorce and family law-related matters.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Substantial experience with family law in state courts.
