Job Responsibilities:
100% Onsite **
- Respond to dealer core inquiry emails (group mailbox) and 1-800-hotline voicemails, currently 1,138 open inquiries, mailbox is currently at a 10 day turn around vs a target of 3 day's
- Document dealer inquiries, stratify into categories, and develop KPI reports.
- Using KPI reports, identify trends, establish root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Execute corrective actions by working with ICT to define business requirements and implement previously defined enhancements.
