Title: Claims Associate (Auto Damage Claims)

Contract to Hire
Location: Fully remote
Primary Purpose: The primary purpose of this role is to proficiently process claims and determine benefits in accordance with credit card or other financial program benefits plans. This includes timely payment processing, adjustments, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Process first-party property claims, adhering to basic coverage parameters outlined by client-specific programs.
Conduct thorough investigations and evaluations to make accurate coverage determinations.
Adjudicate settlements or denials within designated authority levels, ensuring compliance with program guidelines.
Manage a high volume of claims, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring meticulous documentation, meeting quality and production targets, and adhering to customer guidelines and deadlines.
Additional Functions and Responsibilities:
Perform any other duties as assigned to support operational needs.
Contribute to the organization's quality programs by upholding standards of excellence.
Requirements:
Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese is essential. Candidates must indicate their language proficiency clearly on their resume.
Prior claims experience is preferred, with a focus on handling auto damage claims.
This position may offer the possibility of temporary-to-hire transition.
Screenings:
- Applicants will undergo credit and drug screenings (5-panel), with all screens required to be clear prior to starting the position.
