The Opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Lead Servers to join our team at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Lead Server, you will effectively oversee the seamless operation of all front-of-house tasks using your excellent time management and guest services skills.
Pay
Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.
$19.48 - $19.48 / hour

Responsibilities
Ability to work large catering and event functions
Train and help supervise team members and conduct pre-shift meetings
Ensure the club is appropriately stocked and assist with opening and closing duties
Ensure standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained throughout the bar, swing suites, and restaurant
Assist guests with issues and provide a positive guest experience
Qualifications
Prior experience working front-of-house in a restaurant, including leadership experience
Able to successfully manage priorities, time, and team members
Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
Physical Requirements
Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
Visual acuity and hearing are sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for set-up, service, and clean-up
Ability to stand or walk for the entire length of shift; may include walking up and down stairs, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
