Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in project management and be fully versed in daily project management activities. This role requires strong facilitation skills and the ability to manage strong-willed stakeholders effectively. While a supply chain background is helpful, it is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop comprehensive project plans using Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements to ensure alignment and progress.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders and senior management.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
Compensation:
$65.00/hr to $85.00/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of
employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in
the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this
role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the
applicable law of the worksite location.

Skills and Requirements
Extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project and other project management software.
Strong facilitation and communication skills.
Ability to manage and influence strong-willed stakeholders.
Supply chain experience is a plus but not required.
PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred. Supply Chain Experience null
