Description
Our Atlanta South Management Resources team is sourcing a Sr. Indirect Sourcing professional to join a team for a globally recognized fast food/hospitality client. The role is located in Atlanta, Georgia, and offers a short-term contract employment opportunity (minimum 6 months) with possibility for hire. The core function of this role is to assist the Indirect Sourcing Team in managing various categories of spend, including but not limited to Marketing, Construction, Supply Chain, IT, Facilities Management, and Finance. Only candidates with indirect sourcing experience will be considered for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Indirect Sourcing Team in managing various categories of spend, such as Marketing, Construction, Supply Chain, IT, Facilities Management, and Finance.
• Conduct activities related to Sourcing services, including end-to-end RFP management, working closely with internal stakeholders through the RFP process, and uploading RFPs into the relevant systems.
• Conduct RFP Analysis, including indirect spend and savings analysis.
• Assist with vendor sourcing, selection, onboarding, training, relationship management, and contract compliance.
• Generate ideas for the sourcing team around department transformation and be comfortable implementing a plan in a changing environment.
• Engage and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Handle category management, including Indirect Procurement and Contract Pricing.
• Negotiate pricing and analyze pricing trends.
• Select suppliers and manage supplier agreements and contracts.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management or related field
• Proficiency in Indirect Procurement, RFX, and Contract Pricing
• Proven ability to negotiate pricing and perform pricing analysis
• Experience in drafting and managing Supplier Agreements
• Skills in selecting suppliers and managing Supplier Contracts
• Track record of monitoring and improving Supplier Performance
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
• Expertise in Category Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
*Hybrid schedule: 1-2 days onsite per team leader direction
