Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.

  • Experience in demand planning/forecasting across organizations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 6 years of experience in Supply Chain or Operations.

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • Experience functioning in an ambiguous and evolving engineering operations environment.

  • Ability to communicate with technical management teams.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The Global Infrastructure Group's mission is to drive optimal fulfillment and transform Google’s data center fleet by balancing demand intent, deployment decisions, and supply capability. The team works on the enablement and orchestration of optimizing returned assets from the decommissions work flow within data centers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Partner with the Deployment Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Logistics teams to ensure product movement, enable production ramp up and ramp down on new technologies.

  • Work with cross-functional partners to develop and execute service strategies, analytics, and reverse flow processes that enable sustainment of leading technology to power global data centers.

  • Act as a leading team member in the development of service strategies throughout the product life-cycle to enable on-time delivery of materials.

  • Lead process improvements and tool development in support of ongoing team evolution.

  • Execute quarterly capacity decisions and implement them across stakeholders, and enable on time delivery of reverse manufacturing plan.
