Insight Global Mobile Device Technician in Atlanta, Georgia
Job Description
An Insight Global client is looking for a Mobile Device Technician to help in their ServiceDesk as they transition all of their 800+ mobile devices from AirWatch to Intune. They have started this process and are looking for one additional team member to help as they continue along. To start, this resource will help with documentation and trainings of the users around topics like hard resets, data migration, backups, etc. Then, you will start to be more focused on the actual phone transitions and working on the Intune implementation. So this resource will need to come from a ServiceDesk or helpdesk background, with primary focus on mobile devices.
Pay rate range for this role is between $20-$40/hr.

Skills and Requirements
- Tier 1/Tier 2 ServiceDesk or Helpdesk experience
o Primary focus on mobile phones
- Experience with Intune on mobile devices, any exposure to AirWatch is helpful
- Strong documentation and writing skills for trainings and communication - Experience with AirWatch null
