About the role and what you’ll be doing:
_As an intern at Ensono, you will have a direct impact working with your team and also take part in programming provided by our Training and Development team. This will include project work, professional development, a business challenge culminating in presenting to our executive leadership team, and networking opportunities. Ensono’s paid internship is a 12-week program that runs from May 19th to August 8th, 2025 and could lead to a part-time or full-time position within Ensono. _
Our summer internship is the entry point into our 12-month rotational program. The program aims to create a pathway to full time employment and develop well rounded junior associates with great potential.
Each summer we choose two interns to join Ensono full-time and gain experience in different departments over 3-month rotations. Because of this, our ideal intern candidate would graduate by June 2026 and be interested in full-time opportunities.

As an intern, you will partner with Service Delivery Managers and/or leadership to provide IT service knowledge and improvements to disparate processes and systems. The ASDM Intern must be a strong communicator that can effectively adapt to their audiences and is a Relentless Ally for the client. Intern will learn reporting, SharePoint, assist with training efforts, and work on accounts with SDMs to gain insight.

Required Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree with an interest in the Information Technology field.
Strong and adaptable communication skills.
Ability to pivot competing priorities.
Thrives working in a fast-paced environment.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $15 to $22 per hour. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs.
