In Paraguay we are two Nestlé units: Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years. On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position Summary

New Services Team brings services expansion by analyzing Marketing services adoption in Latam markets, identifying new opportunities for future operations, and adopting measures to help markets expand.Lead the development of new businesses in Latin America, through the creation and presentation of proposals with business value and cost efficiency. Responsible for updating and conducting constant meetings and being the point of contact for multiple stakeholders. Responsible for discovering and prospecting new opportunities, as well as monitoring new projects flow, to ensure deliveries in a timely manner. Adaptability to review processes regularly and accommodate changes.

In your daily life, you will be responsible for planning and organizing demands, working directly with different teams. Your leadership and ability to engage the team will be essential to ensure the planned deliveries are carried out. Interaction with diverse teams and cultures will be constant, providing daily learning and strengthening connections at different levels.

A day in the life of...

  • Diagnosis and mapping opportunities for new projects.

  • Align common objectives with Markets and prioritize projects with most relevant impact.

  • Follow the execution plan of a new project, making sure that the transition process of the new services into the operations team is fluid.

  • Keep project documentation in order (Change Management Exercises, Stakeholder Mapping Template, Risk Assessment Documentation.

  • Create strong relationship with markets and ensure partnerships.

  • Update and conduct weekly prospect presentations, promoting Marketing Services and conquering new clients, as well as increasing the adoption of the service catalog.

  • Focus on expanding and optimizing service lines, with a focus on service excellence and cost efficiency.

  • Cost estimations aligments and preparation (with Finance team).

  • Prepare Presentations and Business Proposals.
