Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.
On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position summary
NBS Latam is a dynamic and challenging place to work at. As an Associate, you will be responsible for assisting the LATAM markets in receiving and addressing contacts related to accounts payable processes and activities. Your contribution will have a direct impact on achieving the team's key indicators (SLA, Quality, NPS) and the sector as a whole.

Account payable analysis, Internal Reports.
Follow MOR actions.
Performance Accelerate Initiatives.
Process tickets rise from the market.
Carry on relationship between Business and Suppliers.
What will make you successful
Experience in accounts payable processes.
Experience in teamwork / Ability to communicate externally and internally.
Desirable experience with SAP.
Desirable Intermediate English.
Basic knowledge on Excel.
Basic continous improvement mindset.
Graduated (or ongoing) in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related areas.
