Job Title: Welder
Job Description
Join our team as a Welder, responsible for MIG and Stick welding, including welding new parts onto machines and grinding old parts off efficiently. You will read simple drawings to lay out rebar and build forms, set up large metal forms for concrete pouring, and clean metal forms by scraping dried concrete and using a sledgehammer. Your role will also include other manual labor and maintenance tasks as needed. Our workday typically ends between 2:30pm-3:30pm, but flexibility to stay until the job is complete is essential.

Work Environment
You will work in an open-air concrete yard, able to handle various weather conditions including hot, cold, rainy, windy, and dusty environments. The standard workday aims for 8 hours, but you must be willing to work up to 10 hours if needed. Safety gear required includes steel-toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, and long pants. A long shirt is recommended to prevent skin cuts from concrete.
