$108,200 - $144,300 (USCORE)

Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP’s annual incentive plan.

The Job You Will Perform:

  • Responsible for managing the sales/marketing function through the development and application of an effective marketing strategy to assure full customer satisfaction and maximum profitability.

  • Grow profitable sales by developing an effective sales team and system.

  • Demonstrate value to our target accounts by overseeing the development and implementation of market driven value propositions.

  • Create opportunities for new business development by working closely with our sales team to strengthen existing relationships and help develop a strong pipeline

  • Focus our Sales Teams efforts to help meet the Complex Facilities goals, by working closely with the Complex General Manager.

  • Match our capabilities and open capacity to opportunities in the market.

  • Drive creativity and innovation in packaging design to exceed customer expectations while aligning with plant strengths and capabilities

  • Manage prospect database and provide sales reps reports for their assigned geographical area.

  • Develop and maintain competitor database by gathering needed input from sales reps and managers

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

  • BS/BA in Related Field preferred not required

  • 5+ Years in Sales

  • Corrugated Sales Experience Preferred

  • Customer Focus
