Our team in Moog Space and Defense Groupis looking for a Software System Engineerto join our Space Vehicles team in Arvada, CO. You will report to the Software Engineering Manager and will have a 9/80 hybrid work schedule. To be considered for the Software System Engineer role, here's what you'll need to bring with you: Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar. Self-Starter, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and can communicate effectively. 5+ years of experience in System Engineering tasks such as requirement management, verification, etc. Experience working with stakeholders to develop software requirements. Experience with Formal Qualification Testing (Run For Record). As a Software System Engineer, you will: Closely work with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements. Generate high level software design in the form of requirements. Support software developers implementing the requirements. Support software testers to ensure adequate test coverage. Work with fellow engineers in the Agile development environment.
