UL, LLC Accounts Payable Specialist in Arnhem, Netherlands
HYBRID role 3 days per week from Arnhem, Gelderland, Netherlands
Undergraduate degree from accredited institution
Strong working knowledge of AP and accounting principles
Ability to work under pressure, able to meet deadlines and still stay accurate
Fluent in verbal and written English, second language is a plus
Strong work ethic and communication skills
Preferred
Ability to analyze and manipulate data for presentation and opportunity development
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite products (Excel, Word, Outlook, ppt)
Previous project management experience preferred
Critical thinker who can leverage previous experience to drive process improvement across the team
Experience in managing a team
Oracle ERP experience
Follow company processes, controls and policies (sox compliance)
Perform month end closes within the AP department
Receive invoices, perform the necessary validation, invoice booking and execute transactions both timely and accurately (incl invoice on hold, invoice aging, pre payments reports)
Perform AP Bank reconciliations
Resolve issues, serve as resource in troubleshooting complex cases and insure that problems are responded in a timely manner
Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including vendors facilities and colleagues
Ensure company policies, processes and procedures are clearly defined updated and documented
Improve day to day processes to increase daily efficiency
Required:
