Amentum Senior Program Analyst in Arlington, Virginia
Amentum is currently searching for a Senior Program Analyst to support our Department of the Army, G-3/5/7 Operations Readiness and Mobilization Support contract. This position will be based out of The Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia and may require up to 20% travel.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage contract staff actions in support of Army G-3/5/7 international engagements, including regional organizations as well as direct bi-lateral engagement particularly focused on non-standard or emerging threats (for example IED, UAS, Exploitation).
Conduct independent research and prepare position papers and briefings for key leaders updates and facilitate timely informed decisions.
Plan, direct and manage staff actions support to Army component meetings, conferences, and other engagements in support of bi-lateral, international engagements between G-3/5/7 ODA and foreign partners.
Draft decision papers for Army Senior Leader's consideration.
Advise HQDA G-3/5/7 staff and other key leaders to include Flag Officers on draft Army policies and directives.
Coordinate with senior management and security officials for classified access.
Lead HQDA G-3/5/7 ODA-hosted Integrated Product Teams collaboration activities with Army components senior leaders and other government entities.
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience
Working knowledge of Standard Office Software Products to include but not limited to Word, Excel, Adobe, SharePoint, Power Point and Outlook.
Must be able to clearly articulate such analysis through both oral and written communication.
Ability to focus on Mission requirements while tracking multiple competing priorities.
Require minimal supervision in the fast-paced, critical environment of the Army Headquarters.
Must be able to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data to present clear and precise recommendations.
Ability to interact with Senior Members of the Army Staff, to include the Headquarters Executive Office.
Must have an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility US Government Clearance. Please note that US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top Secret with SCI clearance.
Preferred Requirements
- Army experience with HQDA staff time.
