International Cooperation Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking an International Cooperation Analyst supporting DARPA Director's Office (DIRO) to assist in research and analysis to inform foreign policy programs and initiatives. This position requires the application of advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience in the development of innovative solutions to complex problems and mentorship of junior team members. Will apply diplomacy and engage in international governance dialogues of strategic interest to R&D and S&T environments. Assist in the coordination, planning, and execution of foreign government visits and engagements.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree

· Active DoD Secret clearance

· 5+ years of experience with DoD international armaments cooperation

· Knowledge of Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) International Agreement (IA) development and negotiations

· Knowledge of DoD stakeholders within the International Armaments community and Pentagon stakeholder coordination requirements

· Ability to prepare, coordinate, route, and approve documents and reports

· Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment and respond to rapidly evolving tasks

· Ability to facilitate the development of administrative products for senior leadership (mass email distributions, read-ahead materials, PowerPoint charts, monthly reports, and calendars and meetings)

Desired Qualifications:

· Active DoD TS/SCI clearance

· Master's degree
