Well established comprehensive facilities energy efficiency solutions provider is seeking a Energy Efficiency Project Manager for a direct hire career opportunity. The work location is a 3+ year large scale project in the Washington, DC area. Candidate will support innovative energy infrastructure upgrades for multiple buildings in the area.

responsibilities:
Project management, coordinating clients and overseeing internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and utility providers for a large scale energy effeciency retrofit project in the DC area
Engineering management, supervising site audits, upgrade identification, data analysis, cost-savings calculations, and drawing reviews
Various tasks to propel project initiatives to completion
Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant project leadership experience in commercial or industrial construction projects, including site inspection and quality control
Experience with building energy systems, ideally including HVAC, controls, lighting, central utilities, electrical and MEP systems strongly desired
Passion for energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bachelor's degree in engineering/STEM with a GPA over 3.5 and US work authorization
