The Opportunity:
As a professional individual contributor, you will play a key role in supporting the Acquisition Support Group’s (ASG) program operations and business functions. ASG is a profit-and-loss (P&L) organization that provides expertise and technology solutions to multiple government clients. In this role, you'll assist the Business Group Vice President and program managers in planning, tracking, and overseeing program activities. You’ll work independently with minimal supervision and may be responsible for leading entire projects or processes within your area. The challenges you face may be complex, requiring a deep understanding of various interconnected issues. You will also influence policies, practices, and procedures within the organization. Effective communication with teams both within and outside of your department—including ASG's contracting and procurement teams, subcontractors, and vendors—is essential to your success.
Responsibilities:
This position plays a key role in supporting the ASG Vice President and Business Group Manager to achieve essential business objectives and ensure smooth organizational management. You’ll collaborate closely with program managers, staff, and subcontractors to enhance efficiency, drive project success, and maintain alignment with project timelines and goals. In addition to assisting with program reporting and administrative tasks, you’ll provide general office support while prioritizing the most critical areas to ensure business success. You’ll also gain a deep understanding of company policies and practices to execute tasks effectively. Your role will be vital in managing meeting logistics and coordinating seamless planning. This position thrives in a corporate, hybrid setting, requiring an in-office presence two or more days a week .

Additional responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the Business Group Vice President. You should feel comfortable asking questions to clarify your roles and responsibilities, ensuring you're fully capable of executing tasks independently. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills are a must for success in this role
Qualifications:
Required:
A minimum of three (3) years of experience providing project support in a professional setting.
Bachelor's degree.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven experience collaborating within a team environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to identify, define, and resolve issues as they arise.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing daily tasks and responsibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to quickly learn new software applications and leverage them effectively to achieve goals.
A solid understanding of general management and business objectives.
A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Meticulous attention to detail, with excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
A self-starter who can work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
A collaborative, team-oriented approach to achieving goals and completing tasks.
Desired:
- Prior experience working for a federal government contractor.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$60,100 - $123,300
