Seeking a Senior Python Automation Developer with some fullstack experience for a 6+ month contract engagement.

100% remote role All candidates must be US Citizens.. Must be able to pass in depth background check.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of IT with a focus on software development/engineering

  • 5+ years of Automation development experience with advanced level Python coding skills and at least some experience automating Network/Infrastructure systems (router & switch configs/provisioning, firewall rules, etc.)

  • 3+ years of fullstack development experience including front end web/portal

  • Proficient with Python 3 on Django Framework

  • Proficient with Oracle/SQL, GIT, and HTML

Preferred Skills:

  • Azure/AWS Cloud

  • Automated testing using Pytest, Selenium, Xray

  • React, Bootstrap

  • Automation experience of network technologies such as Route/Switch, Firewalls, Load-balancers, DNS

Responsibilities: Candidate will be working collaboratively as part of team that is preforming activities with Automation Development. The client has many projects going on that range from cloud automation to automation for interacting with infrastructure components (like Palo Alto firewalls). They would be part of a collaborative team, even though they would have individual development responsibility. Need to have fullstack development experience across their career, including some front-end web/portal development

Will likely also be writing test scripts for their work and must be comfortable with error handling along with standard database interaction.
