Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Billing Specialist with an industry leader. You will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of billing processes, maintaining customer accounts, and resolving any billing discrepancies.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently apply payments to the correct customer accounts
• Generate precise invoices in a timely manner
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure billing accuracy
• Resolve any discrepancies in billing and attend to customer inquiries
• Utilize billing software for report generation and data analysis
• Keep up with the latest billing regulations and industry standards
• Aid in month-end close procedures
• Maintain a comprehensive record of all billing and payment transactions
• Provide assistance to other team members in the department as required
Requirements • Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services.
• Ability to handle Computerized Billing.
• Knowledge of EHR SYSTEM preferred.
• Experience with Epic Software is a plus.
• Familiarity with About Time software is beneficial.
• Understanding of basic Accounting Functions.
• Knowledge in managing Accounts Payable (AP).
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Comfortable in Answering Inbound Calls.
• Proficient in Data Entry.
• Must be skilled in Microsoft Excel.
