Facilities Maintenance Technician Needed in Arden NC

Job Description:
Overall maintenance of corporate office and surrounding warehouses; such as changing out electrical fixtures and light plumbing needs
Troubleshoot building repairs and reach out to vendors if needed
Manage incoming fleet
Computer experience on google sheets, excel, and email
Communication skills to talk to internal employees as well as vendors for facility renovation or supply requests
Comfortable lifting 50lbs or more
Other Info:
Valid drivers license
1st shift m-F schedule 8am-5pm
