J&J Innovative Medicine Principal Operations belongs to the Innovative Medicine Companies of Johnson & Johnson. J&J IM Principal Operations is a global organization located in USA, Belgium, Ireland, The Netherlands, Singapore and Switzerland.

Within J&J IM Principal Operations, our mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the Innovative Medicine business model, by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property (IP) structures in close collaboration with J&J Innovative Medicine Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Tax and Treasury.

Currently we are looking for Innovative Medicine (IM) User Access Management (UAM) Integration Manager to join the IM Principal Operations organization. Location can be flexible, with EMEA as preferable region.

The purpose of the role is to deliver the Innovative Medicine user access management transformation strategy and ensure operational excellence after the SAP S/4 HANA project deployment.

The candidate will work in close collaboration with the TranSCend IM deployment UAM project team and global team including other strategic project and operational key stakeholders to ensure a successful deployment of the business user access management governance framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transformation strategy delivery: The candidate is responsible for delivering the Innovative Medicine user access management (UAM) transformation strategy. This includes ensuring that overall UAM concept is robust, lean, and compliant.

  • Collaboration with IMUAM project and operational teams: The candidate will work closely with the TranSCend IM UAM deployment project team and other global teams. This collaboration is essential for effective coordination and integration of the UAM strategy within the larger project and run state operational framework.

  • Stakeholder management: the candidate will engage and collaborate with strategic project and operational key stakeholders. This involves building relationships, aligning objectives, and ensuring their involvement in the UAM implementation process.

  • Operational excellence: The candidate will be accountable for operational excellence after the deployment of the SAP S/4 HANA project. This entails establishing, automating, and maintaining efficient and effective UAM processes and systems.

  • Governance framework deployment: The candidate will oversee the deployment of the business user access management governance framework. This framework ensures compliance, risk mitigation, and adherence to relevant policies and regulations.

  • Continuous improvement: The candidate will drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for optimization and enhancement within the UAM strategy and operational processes. This may involve developing and implementing best practices, streamlining workflows, and leveraging technology solutions.

  • Communication and reporting: The candidate will communicate progress, updates, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders. Regular reporting, documentation, and presentations may be required to ensure transparency and alignment with project and operational goals.

Overall, the candidate plays a critical role in the strategic planning, execution, and governance of IM user access management within the organization's SAP S/4 HANA transformation between project and operational phases. They facilitate collaboration, ensure compliance, and drive operational excellence in line with the defined UAM transformation strategy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum related experience: 8-10 years

  • Strong knowledge for Enterprise Risk Management

  • Experienced in shared service or center of excellence operating model

  • Some knowledge on access management related framework and activities.

  • Process oriented and the ability to influence and build relationships with individuals at various levels is critical for successful implementation.

  • Change management expertise and continuous improvement mindset

  • Strong teamwork attributes in a virtual/remote working environment.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and conflict management skills.

  • Very strong oral and written skills in English.

  • Strong documentation/policy writing/reading skills, having eye for detail and accuracy are important qualifications

The base pay range for this position is $97,000 - $166,750

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
