What you'll do...

As a Senior Product Manager in Assurance, you will play a pivotal role within the product organization responsible for defining and championing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Assurance product space. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of product strategy & operations, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a passion for creating user-centered experiences. The initial product scope for this role will begin with Wellness, a key strategic space for the Lincoln brand.

  • Lead 0-1 Product Development : Conceptualize, define, and validate innovative product concepts. Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify unmet needs and opportunities for disruption. Develop compelling business cases and secure buy-in from leadership. Initially, there is a product space around wellness that you will begin with, but the white spaces will change regularly in this role.

  • Evolve Existing Product Strategy: Contribute to the strategic direction of our existing assurance products, starting with wellness. Analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop roadmaps that align with user needs and business objectives.

  • Inform Product Requirements: Work with product leads to create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process. This role will focus on the early stages of product creation, so the emphasis will be on getting things from white space to a scope that can be prioritized with the team.

  • Monitor and Analyze Product Performance: Track key product metrics, analyze user behavior, and identify areas for optimization. Iterate on product features and functionality based on data-driven insights. Establish and maintain an Assurance KPI dashboard.

  • Product Operations and Tracking: Create robust methods for tracking and sharing relevant product work and timelines with the leadership team. This position specifically has a centralized responsibility for helping the team operate in an organized way. Process creation and regular status report outs will be key to success in this role.

  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously monitor the wellness and assurance landscape, identifying emerging trends, technologies, and competitive threats. Explore new opportunities for innovation and disruption.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching new products.

  • 3+ years of experience leading 0-1 product development and validation.

  • 3+ years of experience conducting market trends and competitive analysis.

  • 1+ year of experience conducting customer and market research

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering, Design, Product Management or related field

  • Proven experience in leading and managing an organization of product managers

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with many diverse cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong oral & written communications skills, ability to articulate strategy and business implications

  • Familiarity and experience working with agile methodologies

  • Proven track record of identifying and deploying process improvements to improve employee efficiency & productivity

  • Devise and design solutions using data driven insights, and drive them through completion, to address user needs

  • Leading without authority

  • Experience with data analytics and dashboards
