Jovian Concepts, Inc is looking to hire a Signals Processing Engineer Skill Level 3 for a great opportunity in the Annapolis Junction area. TS/SCI Clearance with a Poly required. No CCA's will be accepted at this time.
Responsible for developing demodulation algorithms for modern communication technologies
Deinterleave collected signals as necessary
Experience with developing and implementing DSP algorithms
Fluency with basics of signals and how to process them including modulation, demodulation, filtering, and spectral analysis
Experience with MODERN communication and DSP technologies
Intermediate MATLAB, C, C++, LINUX, PYTHON programming skills
Background in image and signal processing, both algorithm design and implementation (image scaling, deinterlacing, deinterleaving, frame rate conversion
Requirements
A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a Polygraph. No CCA's will be accepted at this time.
Ten (10) years experience as a DSP Algorithm developer is required.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university is required.
Five (5) years of addition DSP experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
