Actalent Pharmacy Technician in Ankeny, Iowa
Description:
· Filling medication
· Compounding medication, ointment, etc.
· Phone work- talking to nursing staff to confirm dosage.
· Filling prescriptions: they currently have 1000 beds they service.
· Labeling the prescriptions
· Following pharmacy policies and procedures

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1-3+ years working in a pharmacy or production-based position
(serving, warehouse, assembly, etc.)
pharmacy technician certification is preferred and not required.
If hired and not certified, candidates have to become certified within 1 year
of starting in the position.
-Non-Certified Techs: $17-$18
-Certified: $18-$20
