Information about the location youll be working at: Here in Anchorage, we have a large showroom floor, with an Alaskan feel.

Some of the duties of this position:
- Daily interaction with customers
- Open work orders and document description of symptoms in sufficient detail to provide technician with information necessary to efficiently perform service work
- Verify warranty contract coverage and explaining provisions and exclusions as necessary
- Updating the customer on the status of their work order
- Work directly with Service Manager to schedule and assign work orders as necessary
- Facilitate parts ordering and delivery to keep technicians on the wrench
- Researching and recommending correct parts/equipment for a given job
- Assisting customer with purchase of small equipment
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
