Hiring Range : $28.28- $37.16
The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Responsibilities:
• Develops, implements and evaluates program services and initiatives.
• Hires, trains,develops and evaluates staff. Assigns tasks and prioritizes and coordinates work.
• Collaborates with others to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.
• Monitors and adheres to budget. Approves or monitors expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines.
Required Qualifications Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC):Advanced
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Work Experience:
• 3 years of experience required.
• 1 year of leadership or management experience required in related field.
Education:
High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
Must be able to speak, read, write and follow instructions in English.
