The Team
Being the leading guidance for the ‘TH Product Teams’ evolution by driving change and alignment to increase efficiencies, thus creating time and space for strategic thinking and innovation within the business
The Position
The VP Planning & Strategy is leading a central team, shaping and executing the long term strategic growth plan, ensuring a shared vision across all business units and improving our planning by providing:
Strategic range planning capabilities: develop merchandise planning to deliver on KPIs to support labels growth strategies (plan and fulfil commercial growth in a close exchange with Global markets)
Product lifecycle management with the focus on demand planning
Global forecasting, by being the central link between Global markets and labels to increase global forecasting accuracy
Standardized reporting of Brand level insights
Translation, prioritization and execution of long term product priorities and strategic brand initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Process and Milestone planning, streamlining and improvement
Key stakeholder engagement across the organization
The Ideal Candidate
Experience: 10+ years of leading Merchandise Planning and Allocation organizations. Min 15 years of experience in the field of MPA
Education: 4 Year College Degree. MBA a plus
Skills: Demonstrated experience in:
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with track record of driving results through innovative solutions
Ability to balance both quantitative and qualitative information when recommending strategies and tactics.
Continuous improvement mindset with an affinity to drive new ways of working
Experience leading large teams and managing three to five direct reports. Record in developing talent, building succession plans and promoting from within.
