The Opportunity:
This opportunity is for someone that is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and experienced in eDiscovery with a focus in the scanning, coding, and indexing of paper. In this role, you will be lead multiple teams that are responsible for onsite operations support for multiple programs. As such, the position requires daily in-facility presence. You will provide input to management and lead development teams to improve and enhance manual processes and put forth requirements to automate tasks to improve efficiency and throughput.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the performance of technical and non-technical projects or a definable portion of a larger technical program in accordance with contract requirements, procedures, and guidelines.
Responsible for all phases of data handling for matter specific materials or stakeholder support.
Directs support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities within guidelines.
Manages the technical direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives.
Will interact with client stakeholders to develop estimates (schedule and costs) and manage to milestones.
Trains and directs employee work activities.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree and 9-10 years of related project support, eDiscovery, or management experience.
3-5 years of supervisory/management experience.
Desired:
Full eDiscovery lifecycle experience from project initiation to closeout.
Customer service experience including in-person meetings.
Staffing skills and experience including security clearance processing.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$85,800 - $180,200
