Coordinate, set up, CIP (Clean-in-Place), swap testing, monitor, and operate filling machines to maximize product quality and departmental efficiency Maintain a clean, organized work area, keeping supplies and liquids stocked, and ensuring audit readiness at all times Perform routine maintenance on filling machines, collaborating with Maintenance and Management Relieve other production team members for breaks and absences as needed Perform various quality checks, including weight, machine, sterility, and package integrity checks, to ensure standards are met Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties with equipment Accurately prepare and complete all required area paperwork with legible handwriting, adhering to FDA requirements Collaborate with Management to monitor operational efficiencies, yields, scrap loss, and other key indicators, seeking ways to improve plant productivity
