Job Title: Material Handler (Temp to Hire)

Location: Alburtis, PA

Pay: $18/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Type: Temp to Hire

Job Description: We are looking for a Material Handler to join our dynamic team in Alburtis. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the flow of materials in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload trucks using pallet jacks and move boxes/pallets to their designated locations on the floor.

  • Open boxes, remove units, and handle collateral efficiently.

  • Scan units into the system to maintain accurate inventory.

  • Perform tasks related to Shipping & Receiving, Packout, Kitting, Deboxing, Inventory, and QC.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

  • Lift up to 50 lbs. and bend/lift repeatedly throughout the shift.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for long periods.

  • Prior warehouse or material handling experience preferred but not required.

  • Must be dependable, self-motivated, and a team player.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
