National Sales Manager – Car Wash Equipment
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the car wash industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term partnerships. This role will support and lead 3 sales representatives to meet their goals. This role will report to the Company President.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical knowledge to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our car wash equipment.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the sales process from start to finish.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery of products.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in leading a successful sales team.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the car wash or related industry.
Strong understanding of car wash equipment and technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to travel 50% of the time.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Benefits of joining the team:
$175,000 base salary plus commission (Potential earnings - $255,000 per year)
